At Nicholson's Jewellers, we are as committed to being as accessible and approachable via our website as we are in our retail shop. However, the best way to contact us is via e-mail on sales@nicholsonsjewellers.co.uk. We ask you to do this to save your time as quite often the person who can help you best may be with a customer and unable to come to the 'phone right at that moment. We check our emails regularly during the day and try to deal with queries within 24 hours, although queries submitted over the weekend or a bank holiday may take a little longer.
