Hi Elaine,
I just wanted to drop you a quick note to confirm I received my diamond eternity ring from you yesterday. I can’t tell you how pleased I am, it is gorgeous and I love it!!
Your prices were much better than my local jeweller’s and after saving almost £400 I feel like I’ve had fabulous value for money, as well as receiving great service.
You went out of your way to ensure I had my questions answered promptly, and you were very knowledgeable about the different colour and clarity of diamonds for the different eternity ring styles that I enquired about, which made my local jeweller seem very uninformed by comparison as he just repeated the blurb in the Bien brochure which meant he ultimately gave me the wrong info about the rings I was enquiring about.
You obviously know your products extremely well and care about your customers, which is very evident through your excellent customer service. I was nervous about using Paypal, however this proved to be a very quick and efficient method of payment, followed by exceptionally quick delivery.
