A late Victorian sapphire and diamond marquise shaped cluster ring. The ring features a centrally set, round mixed cut sapphire approx. 0.47ct. The sapphire is surrounded by 14 old brilliant cut diamonds approx 0.75ct in total, approx. clarity VVS-SI2, approx. colour F-G.
The sapphire and diamonds are set in yellow metal claw settings on a plain polished yellow shank with split shoulders featuring a fleur-de-lys design. Stamped 18c (H & Co) pat 202389. Finger size L1/2
