Your prices were much better than my local jeweller’s .... I’ve had fabulous value for money, as well as receiving great service.
You went out of your way to ensure I had my questions answered promptly, and you were very knowledgeable about the different colour and clarity of diamonds for the different eternity ring styles that I enquired about, which made my local jeweller seem very uninformed by comparison ......... he ultimately gave me the wrong info about the rings I was enquiring about.
You obviously know your products extremely well and care about your customers, which is very evident through your excellent customer service.  I was nervous about using Paypal, however this proved to be a very quick and efficient method of payment, followed by exceptionally quick delivery.

I recently purchased a lovelinks bead. I had an enquiry regarding the info on the website and this was dealt with politely and efficiently. My bead then took a while to come, but the reason was that the post office had returned it. The item was immediately re sent and I received it recorded delivery.
