A charming and elegant brooch from the mid-20th Century set with an oval panel of open pierced "orange blossom" carved jadeite measuring approx. 0.80 inch x 0.55 inch x 0.06 inch deep.


A diamond set lozenge to either side each set with three 8-cut diamonds (six diamonds in total) with an approximate total weight of 0.06ct and with colour and clarity assessed as I/J and SI.


All set in white metal claw and grain settings to an open pierced white gallery. Overall length of the brooch approx. 1.15 inches with a maximum width of 0.59 inches. Fastening with a hinged pin and revolve catch.


The brooch is not hallmarked and tests as platinum fronted to an 18ct white gold back and pin. The overall condition is excellent.
