An Art Nouveau brooch crafted in yellow gold that tests as approximately 15ct gold. The brooch, which is oval in shape, features a open panel of gold waved lines of a flat cross-section.

To the lower half of the panel, and off-set to one side, is an oval cabochon cut opal with green/orange/blue play of colour in a collar setting and measuring approx. 4.70mm x 6.80mm.

An oval, baroque pearl suspends by a gold loop from the bottom of the brooch.

Overall maximum measurements of the brooch are 30mm wide x 23mm high plus the pearl drop at 7.0mm. Fastening with a hinged pin in good working order and a C scroll catch.
