A superb diamond bracelet from the Art Deco era. In a cocktail style, the bracelet comprises brick-style, individual, articulated links with diamonds set along three rectangular rows in grain settings and with an engraved floral gallery side. Nine of these links additionally feature a principal diamond in a rub over collar setting with millegrain edges. The nine principal diamonds are old brilliant cuts with an estimated weight 2.00ct in total and with colour and clarity assessed as H/I and I1/I2. The diamonds set into the rectangular rows total 275 are eight-cuts with a total estimated carat weight of 4.81ct and with colour and clarity assessed throughout as H/I and SI-I1.
The bracelet is not hallmarked, it is stamped "950" and reacts to testing as platinum. It is also stamped with a Czech mark.
The bracelet fastens via a concealed box snap with two side fitting figure-8 safety catches. The fine quality of the bracelet is further evidenced by the workmanship of the clasp which has an engraved design.
