A very pretty vintage collar necklace from circa 1970s/1980s set to the front centre section with square cabochon cut citrine, amethyst and garnet in partial rub over settings.  

The necklace is comprised of 12 sections of three slightly curved and bevelled satin gold bars with a reeded pattern measuring approx. 1 inch long x 0.25 inch wide. The three bars are held in a polished D shaped and groved band.  

To the front section of the necklace these sections are separated by square cabochon cut gemstones in partial rub over mounts, numbering one of garnet, two of amethyst and two of citrine and measuring approx. 0.25 inch square.

Fastening with a box snap catch and double figure-of-eight safety clips.
