An emerald and diamond vintage ring that centres on an oval shaped, mixed cut medium green emerald estimated to weight 1.18ct and measuring 7.55mm x 6.50mm x 4.10mm deep.  The emerald sits in a white claw setting to a surround of 20 brilliant cut diamonds arranged in two-tiers to a white wire gallery with raised shoulders to a D shaped cross sectioned band.
 
 The total diamond weight is estimated as 1.40ct with colour and clarity assessed as G-H and VS-SI respectively.  Hallmarked 18t gold London 1978.  Finger size 5 1/8 (US/Canada), K (UK/Australia) with resizing possible.
